At SleepWell.Co, we want you to shop with confidence. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or used supplements.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find a suitable resolution.
