Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, courier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Where free shipping is offered, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied and an order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging

This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
